DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE |

OneMailer currently provides free email checking service and OneMailer Manager Program
("Service"), and you understand this Service may include advertisements in different
forms and these advertisements are necessary for OneMailer to provide this free Service.
You are responsible for obtaining access to OneMailer Service and OneMailer is not
responsible for the charges (if any) of any services needed for you to obtain such
access.

YOUR REGISTRATION OBLIGATIONS |

To use the OneMailer Service, you agree to provide and maintain true, accurate, and
complete information about yourself/your company during and after registration.
OneMailer reserves the rights to terminate your account with OneMailer and refuse
any future and current use of OneMailer Service.

MANAGER ACCOUNT, PASSWORD AND SECURITY |

You will receive your account information which includes manager ID and password when
your registration for the use of OneMailer Manager Program is approved by OneMailer.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of these information. You
are fully responsible for all activities accur under your account. You agree to
(a) inform OneMailer of any unauthorized use of your password or account or any other
breach of security, and (b) ensure that you sign out from your account at the end of
each session. OneMailer will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your
failure to comply with this.

USE OF ONEMAILER EMAIL CHECKING SERVICE |

Using OneMailer Email Checking Service requires you to ensure that your email address,
password are provided accurately. Email address and password will be stored temporarily
during your session at OneMailer, such information will not be stored permanently at
OneMailer. It is your responsiblility to ensure that you sign out from your session
after using the Service.

EMAILS FROM ONEMAILER |

OneMailer reserves the rights to send emails to you regarding OneMailer and its business
partners new services, virus alerts and information that OneMailer considers necessary
for your attention.

NO RESALE OF SERVICE |

You agree not to reproduce, resell any portion of OneMailer Service, use of OneMailer
Service, or access to OneMailer Service.

MODIFICATIONS TO SERVICE |

OneMailer reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify, discontinue
or add new services temporarily or permantly to the Service with or without notice.

TERMINATION |

You agree that OneMailer reserves the right to terminate your account, your use of the
Service with effect without prior notice.

DEALINGS WITH ADVERTISERS |

OneMailer is not responsible for any business dealings between you and other parties
including advertisers, advertising agencies. OneMailer will not be responsible or liable
for any loss or damage of any sort between you and such parties.

USER CONDUCT |

You understand that all information, data, email, text, attachment ("Content") privately
transmitted, are the sole responsibility of the person from which such Content
originated. This means that you, and not OneMailer are entirely responsible for all such
Content that you posted, email, transmit via OneMailer.
You agree not to use OneMailer Service to make available any Content that is unlawful,
harmful, threatening, vulgar, harassing, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise
objectionable.
You agree not to impersonate any person or entity.
You agree not to forge headers or otherwise manipulate identifiers in order to disguise
the origin of any Content transmitted through OneMailer Service.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES |

You understand and agree that your use of the Service ia at your sole risk. The Service
is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. OneMailer expressly disclaims all
warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to the
implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and
non-infringement.
OneMailer makes no warranty that (a) the Service will meet your requirements, (b) the
Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, (c) the results that may
be obtained from the use of the service will be accurate or reliable, (d) the quality
of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you
through the service will meet your expectations, and (e) any errors in the software
will be corrected.
Any material downloaded or otherwise obtained through the use of the Service is done at
your own discretion and risk and that you will be solely responsible for any damage to
your computer system or loss data that results from the download of any such material.
No advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained by you from OneMailer or
through or from the Service shall create any warranty not expressly stated in the
Terms And Conditions.

Sending junk email or spam from OneMailer Service is not acceptable to OneMailer. Users
found in violation of this term may be banned from using the Service.
